OSS Holdings is a US-registered operating and investment company. The portfolio focuses on small island developing states (SIDS) and comparable markets. Our office is in Antigua and Barbuda.
What the office does.
OSS builds and runs businesses directly. We structure programmes and financing that bring public and development finance together with private operators. We invest where ownership helps us build long-term value. Work is held to a formal governance structure.
Why small island states.
SIDS face the same infrastructure, financing and human-capital problems as larger markets, at a scale where conventional solutions do not reach and conventional capital does not arrive. We build models that can be carried from one market to the next.
How the office is organised.
OSS Holdings Inc. is the US-registered holding company. A small principal team runs the office — capital allocation, sponsor relationships and portfolio governance sit here. Individual portfolio initiatives operate under named leads, structured as separate entities where scope requires it, and remain held within the holding company.
