What we collect

When you submit a role application or an enquiry through this site, the office stores the information you provide (name, email, organisation, message, and where the submission arrived from). Career applicants who sign in through Google or Microsoft additionally store an authenticated profile record.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, evaluate your application, and — for career applicants — allow you to track the status of your application across roles. Submissions are held under evidentiary discipline: they are immutable and append-only.
